Saturday August 21st is the 5th annual “Fiesta Tigres” at Comerica Park. Join the Detroit Tigers as we celebrate the contributions of Hispanic and Latino players to the game of baseball. The first 10,000 fans will receive a Miguel Cabrera Tigers cap courtesy of FOX Sports Detroit. Detroit Tigers vs Cleveland Indians – 7:05 pm. The celebration begins at 5:00pm.
· Flags of Hispanic countries and photos of past and present Hispanic/Latino Tiger players will adorn the park. Live mariachi, salsa, jazz and top-40 Latin music will be performed throughout Comerica Park. Performances include: Mariachi Cora, Los Gallos de Oro, Orquestra Sensacional, Tumbao Bravo, Xochiquetzal Folkloric Ballet, Spanish Guitar Duo, Los Primos and DJ Carlos Seda.
